I am fascinated by watching the sky, both day and night. Imposing storm clouds and peaceful wisps of white vapor alike capture my imagination. They take me back to a time when I could envision all sorts of creatures and characters in the ever-changing shapes on the face of the sky, and I had the leisure to enjoy it.
At night I hope for a clear sky, but at two special times of the day I find myself wishing for clouds in My Kentucky Sky to catch the warm rays of the sun, bent by the atmosphere, reflecting a palette of colors on the canvas of blue.Just in case the planets and stars don't show, share the sunrise, sunset, or day skies with me. Here are a few from recent days in Kentucky.
